Jason Sfire
Jason Sfire serves as COO, President, and Co-Owner of The Fidelity Companies, a commercial real estate development firm. In addition to his professional work, Jason is deeply committed to community service. He is the Board President of Hope Center, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing support and services to address the common challenges faced by individuals and families in the local community.
Jason is also a passionate advocate for adaptive sports. He serves on the Board of Directors for Great Lakes Adaptive Sports Association (GLASA), where he previously held the role of Board President. In addition to his leadership, he actively coaches the GLASA Chicago Bears wheelchair football team, helping athletes compete at a high level while fostering inclusion and empowerment through sport.
An adaptive athlete himself, Jason enjoys playing seated golf and wheelchair pickleball; he is an active competitor in tournaments at the national level. His personal journey—shaped by becoming partially paralyzed and a wheelchair user, following a 35-foot fall from a roof during a construction project—drives his commitment to expanding opportunities for people with disabilities to live active, fulfilling lives.
