Dr. Mike Thirtle
Dr. Mike Thirtle is the Director of Research, Analytics, and Strategy at Uline. He brings extensive leadership experience across the military, nonprofit, and corporate sectors.
Before joining Uline, Mike served as President and CEO of Bethesda, a Wisconsin-based nonprofit providing housing, employment, transportation, and healthcare support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities across the United States. He also served as CEO of the Gary Sinise Foundation, a national nonprofit dedicated to supporting veterans, first responders, and their families. Earlier in his career, Mike held leadership roles at the RAND Corporation and worked in consulting for PricewaterhouseCoopers and the National Data Corporation.
A veteran of the U.S. Air Force, Mike served as both an active-duty and reserve officer for more than 20 years before retiring. His diverse background in military service, nonprofit leadership, and corporate strategy has made him an author, adjunct professor, public speaker, and advisor to government and private-sector leaders.
